Tom Rainey & Marisa Julian

Tom grew up in Reno 4 wheeling and fabricating from a young age. After leaving a manufacturing career for a horse back job offered over the phone he never looked back. Tom has cowboyed across Nevada on ranches big and “smal” land now lives in Fallon with Marisa building bits, riding cowhorses and cowboying in between.

Marisa grew up on a small cow calf operation in Fallon, Nevada. Bitten by the horse bug, most of her childhood was spent horseback showing cowhorses or rodeoing. From an early age she was crafty, making herself and friends tack, gifts, ect. After taking a silversmithing course in college she knew where her true passion lay but it wasn’t feasible at the time. Marisa worked a few years as a vet tech when she decided to pursue silversmithing once again and jumped in head first. Now Marisa is a full time silversmith and engraver while still showing cowhorses and roping. She builds statement turquoise jewelry, diamond rings, and custom bits with her boyfriend Tom Rainey.
