My journey in handmade, quality bit making began in 2021. Having forged for years as a farrier, I wanted a new challenge and to be able to produce a solid, artistic, quality product. At first I was building bits just for myself, but word got out and a few cowhorse trainers had approached me about making some for them. One thing led to another and I’m now in my shop everyday working on custom pieces. All bits are handmade with forged mouthpieces from sweet iron. Quality for the horse and the horseman.
