Bidding will begin on Wednesday the 1st of February at 1:00am PST and complete Friday the 3rd of February at 8:00pm PST.
Please register on the Cowboy Arts and Gear Museum under “My Account” to place a bid. All payments will go through PayPal.
Each item begins at a reserve price set by each individual maker. 20% of proceeds on Gear Show Items over the reserve will be donated to the Cowboy Arts and Gear Museum.
Bids are to be placed in $50.00 increments.
Each bid placed will be followed by an email confirming your bid. If you are the final bidder at the completion of the auction, payment will be automatically made through PayPal. Please make sure your account information is up to date with all accurate shipping information. All necessary tax deductible information will be provided in the package when it ships. We are a 501(c) (3) and registered State of Nevada non-profit organization.
All winning bids will be assessed an additional $35.00 shipping fee to cover the freight cost and insurance on the item (Domestically). Shipping on the Clock will be assessed appropriate fees depending on location of shipment. International shipment fees will be determined at the time of shipping. Your item will be shipped promptly upon collection of funds including all shipping expenses.
