#6 Graeme Quisenberry

#6 Graeme Quisenberry

Graeme Quisenberry-

Graeme was first introduced to rawhide gear while calving in Northern Arizona by a cowboy who was buckaroo in Nevada for a spell. Pelón Benitez, a third generation Mexican braider, got him started on his path in braiding in 2004. Since then he has had the opportunity to spend time with braiders like Jack Armstrong, Leland Hensley, Nate Wald, Bill Black, and Richard Goff. From the beginning he always enjoyed the simplicity of rawhide. It requires no chemicals or complicated machines, only a skilled hand, a sharp knife, and something as simple as a horse shoe nail for parting strings. Graeme, his wife and two children reside in Queen Creek Arizona —
